This is a unique and intensive four day course, that will introduce participants to the practical techniques for designing and managing a successfully funded project. In this course, we will be examining the inner workings of national and international projects and how they design process from the concept stage to project delivery. We will also explore the techniques behind designing and managing multiple projects. The participants will also learn how to implement the Logframe Analysis tool (LFA) as part of project design, project implementation and management techniques. Participants will learn the essential techniques for Project Monitoring and Evaluation. You will gain skills on human centred project management with special skills on Project Health and Safety Management.
