This is a no-nonsense four days workshop that provides participants with a comprehensive overview of how to raise their game when it comes to anti-corruption, anti-bribery, systematic and smart cracking down on fraudulent activities in project management and delivery. The course provides the foundation for project monitoring, evaluation, auditing and fraud management that is used for investigations, Forensics, Finance, Oversight, Fraud Risk and Compliance to the requirements of the project funding agencies around the world. This course develops expertise in a broad range of project monitoring, evaluation and fraud management techniques based on best practice guidelines for development projects. Participants will also be introduced to project risk mitigation techniques in the context of project life cycle management: covering financial management systems, budgeting, reporting, audit requirements and appropriate internal controls, and regulations used by funding agencies
